acknowledgments
the content of this essay is project based. Primary reference is originally derived from a personal set consisting of 2 deep experiences in neurolinguistic 'science' : one curing, one diseasing; the first by working artistic (closed) and the second by working scientific (open source). The energy of the first experience (1999) is used to dismantle its code in the second (2009). The experience of the second will structure a new story (production) drawn from the carefully 'IPR'd' software model.
The editor of this essay is an artificial project memory raising interest to execute an interactive publication plan, based on its mnemotically build artistic video archive, being offered as an interactive teaching device to governments and universities this summer 2010.
The attempt to squeeze out some notes during pending project agreements expresses 'grattitude' to the conference invitors who suggested to (s) pace over Dr. Houwen.
Dr. Houwen's Neurological Practice may not pour out for free. That would turn him into a virus. At least such seems to be the rule in playing informatics in intelligent design - the object of research.
In this field Dr. Houwen generally is known and used for her faculty splicing hypotheses and conceptual proof settings to restore the inflicted boundaries.
For example, on the one side (s) he 'tick les' the Development of the Dutch law of DNA, to remind the exporting power of the old faculties. Lets name that the Monitor function. i don't understand the second line, but physically i can relate to his first notion, even if it's a gnostic curse on human being or rather her mind expression ; a change in atmosphere, also - especially - sensible in typing or better; using computer keyboard disguised as typewriting machine.

Pope and spies - representatives of God and servants of the royal crown - go to Malta, to discuss peace missions also if these have to defend their own 'attacked' iconography.
What would Dr. Houwen bring in, on that level ?
